Hos Mammas møder du Italien med alle sanser: Her dufter og smager af det autentiske Italien. Det hele startede, da Franco i 1976 tog en lille del af hjemlandet med til Odense. I 2015 åbnede Mamma’s også restauranten i Esbjerg. Og konceptet er stadig det samme: Vi bruger kun nøje udvalgte råvarer til vores klassiske, italienske opskrifter. Vi stiller høje krav til vores råvarer. Og derfor bruger vi de samme leverandører, som vi startede samarbejdet med i 1976.

Staff training required

Returning visitor. Place is great and welcome was nice, after initial sit down I was left for a while to check menu and then asked for order. Drink took a while, then food came minutes after. Lovely dish and piping hot, so 10 points for that. I did have to ask for salt and pepper as girl dropped plate and was about to scurry off? Then once down I sat for ten to fifteen minutes without a word! I was wanting a sweet, however decided to leave and pay. Guy at till was oblivious to my comment of not being attended to so no tip and won’t be returning any time soon. Shame as food was good.
