Unhelpful and incorrect person in shop

I ordered a part for my wahoo kickr but wasn’t sure if it was the right one. After opening in the shop I realized it wouldn’t work.
The person in the shop was totally not helpful and told me I should look to buy it on the wahoo site because it would take him a couple of days to get it.
When I told I rather buy it in a physical shop where I can return it easily when it’s not the correct part he said he was going to look into it later that day. We are 3 days later and he never let me know anything.
Personally I think it’s really bad that he didn’t contact me back. I now contacted wahoo directly and ordered it directly. Sadly you lost a new client now.

Bought an Orbea Alma and the service was excellent. Quick shipping and delivery, bike arrived very well protected without any issues.
My first experience with Mammoth and it couldn't have been better.

No reliable delivery/ bad customer service

I received wrong tracking number of my bike worth more thant 3000 EUR. After contacting customer service, they waited more than one week to start the procedure with the carrier. I contacted them many times but the only answer they gave me is that they are waiting for more info. Two weeks later I have no clue where my bike is and when it will be delivered.

Bought 2 Cannondale bikes

Bought 2 Cannondale bikes. Delivery was much later than promised. Once received one bike came without pedals. When contacted they advised I have to buy my own. According to Cannondale spec I should have received comfort pedals with the bike. Not impressed with how little care given.

Bike Purchase

Although the bike was delayed a few days, customer support was very communicative and shipped it very quickly once they received it from the manufacturer. It was packed in perfect condition, and the instructions were very intuitive.
