Absolutely appalling customer service – avoid at all costs!!
We placed an order with Mamousse Sur Mesure for a custom camper mattress in February 2025, paid €450+ upfront, and here we are – more than three months later – still empty-handed.
What followed after the payment was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had:
Broken promises about shipping dates and responses.
Repeated delivery failures without any explanation or follow-up.
Our order was returned to the sender, and we were the ones who had to chase them to find out!
Even after agreeing to pay extra shipping costs (€70) to try again, we received no reply for over 10 days, despite confirming the address and local phone number as requested.
We sent over a dozen follow-up emails, tried to call (often getting disconnected or put on hold forever), and received almost no support from the company – just vague excuses and empty assurances.
To make matters worse, we had clearly communicated our travel plans and requested the mattress before a specific date or after our return. They ignored this too.
Frankly, this company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for their customers. We’re now pursuing a refund and legal options because enough is enough.
