We were recommended by family who used Manchester Fireplaces and now we know why. They undercut the market by over £1000 on our order. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They had an excellent range of fires, surrounds (chambers) and hearths. Leigh and his mate, the fitters were prompt, quick, tidy and did a wonderful job. They got our fireplace out unscathed (Now on eBay) and fitted the new fire in a day. Our Vega 200SL is superb. If you're in the market for a new fire go to MFL. Very informative and friendly advice given. No hard sell they were more concerned to ensure that our purchase met safety regulations etc. Then very easy purchase, kept fully informed about expected dates and all receipts and guarantees e-mailed to me.

Great customer service and great price, would completely recommend

After trying in vain to get a large enough cradle for our fireplace we saw one in Manchester Fireplaces. Went to the shop, purchased it and rather than wait for a couple of days we went directly to the warehouse where it was waiting for us. Great service and the fireplace is beautiful, gets lots of compliments.

We just bought a surround, hearth, fire and fire guard from Manchester Fireplaces. Their level of service is second to none and Mandy was very helpful when we were trying to decide our choice. The fitters were also first class. Can't recommend them enough and we are very happy with the choice and the finished result once fitted. Job very well done.

Helpful on the telephone, timely delivery and well-packaged

I would definitely recommend Manchester Fireplaces Limited. Good prices, efficient service, and friendly staffed showroom. The whole process was easy from choosing the fire, to installation. The fire was available a week after a deposit was paid and was installed soon after (August), with the remaining balance being paid after the fire was fitted. We now have a beautiful multi fuel stove that sits perfectly in our living room as if it's always been there.

Good service from staff in the shop and delivery,. More than happy with the fireplace however the hearth appears poor quality for the price paid with tiles falling off before installation. The fault was rectified by self and installation complete.

The service and products are great but there are no prices advertised. This is fine except I bought the exact same beam as my sister, a couple of months after her and it was £100 more. I phoned to query this and was just told 'that's the correct cost', no explanation or interest about my sisters being £100 cheaper.
