I had a brilliant experience with Mandarin Stone from start to finish. Visiting the showroom was incredibly helpful, the team took the time to walk me through multiple tile options, explain the differences and clearly outline the costs, which made the decision process much easier.

I ended up choosing the Limoges Matt Stone Effect Porcelain for downstairs and the Basilica Troy Matt and Satin Marble Effect Porcelain for the bathroom, and I am absolutely delighted with both selections.

Nicole Williams was exceptional throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful at every stage. She helped me calculate the required quantities, which worked out perfectly, and arranged a smooth and efficient delivery. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. She also assisted me in finding a tiler very last minute.

I could not be more grateful to Nicole for all her assistance. I would highly recommend Mandarin Stone to anyone looking for quality tiles and outstanding customer service.

Awful communication and customer service. Many tiles arrived chipped.

The samples arrived quickly and well packed. We went with Hoxton Tuscan pink and a marble bathroom splash back. Both are stunning!

The tiles are perfect however there were at least 12 tiles damaged when I opened the packaging. I only need about half a square meter so this is not an ussue for me as I will have plenty left over, just thought you would like to know how I found the tiles.

The tiles look fabulous on the wall and have received many compliments, so very glad I chose them.
Didn't really interact with any members of staff as I had seen the tile in a window, found it in the shop and taken a picture of the code.
Would definitely use again for that reason.
Although I would either under order and risk running out or order just enough. We ordered what has turned out to be over (we decided not to put an additional line in the tiling) we now have too many tiles (4 boxes) but it works out too expensive too return (unable to return to a store).
They was also no approximate time for delivery so had to wait in all day.

Great service from Chantal, even if we didn’t end up with the products we initially set out for, we were recommended some lovely alternatives that were in stock and would arrive within our tight deadlines and are so pleased with the look and quality of the tiles. Would defitnely shop with Mandarin stone again and recommend to others.

Lovely quality products and seamless delivery

Third time ordering from this company and they have been nothing but exceptional.
This time I was very undecided about which tiles I liked and I sent several emails asking for matching suggestions. They sent 4/5 different recommendations.
The tiles I opted for are just beautiful and look fabulous.

The team at Mandarin Stone were an absolutely joy to work with. Whether calling to request advice about their tiles, or visiting into the slab showroom in Monmouth and meeting the fabrication team (shout out to Sophia!! 💗). Would highly recommend and will absolutely be using Mandarin Stone in the future. The best team to work with during a long and difficult renovation!

We visited the showroom in Cheltenham and were welcomed by Jo who was extremely helpful in finding us the right tiles for our bathroom. We chose a natural stone which arrived on time and undamaged. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and unique.
The delivery staff, actually only one, Anna was fabulous and very helpful as well. Although no delivery time is given on the delivery day, an email or text message is sent 30 minutes prior to arrival and it is very accurate.
Really impressed with every aspect.
The bathroom turned out better than I expected because of the beautiful tiles. Thank you.

Excellent service - responsive support staff changed our delivery twice to fit in with our requests, politely and warmly going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The floor and wall tiles were also wonderful, which is, of course, the main thing.

Great tiles, excellent customer care from Celeste. Only improvement could be from the delivery company eg giving customers a two- or three-hiur delivery window.

Ordering was easy; we had received samples before hand. I had read about kerbside delivery, our delivery driver was local and really friendly- guess it depends on who you get but using a local comp company here really helped the experience.

Good quality tiles, reasonably priced, delivered within a few days of order.
