No billing address on invoice
MandiMart does not show the billing address on their commercial invoice which leads to problems at customs. Only the shipping address is shown even though I provide the billing address at check out.
With the last order I added notes to the order asking they need to make sure about the address. I need to ask them for a new invoice every time I order.

The commercial invoice included with shipments is generated by our fulfilment partner's system and follows the same format used for all international orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter the format of these customs documents or make changes to them on a per-order basis.
We have, however, provided you with a copy of your invoice which we have created specifically for you, which includes both the billing and shipping addresses supplied at checkout. Should you require this document for future orders, our customer service team will be happy to provide it upon request.

We completely understand that our NOBS Toothpaste Tablets may appear more expensive when compared to the manufacturer's US pricing. As a UK and EU supplier, we import these products directly from the United States and have to cover a range of costs including international shipping, import duties, customs clearance and warehousing.
While our pricing may be higher than the US retail price, customers in the UK and EU would typically pay more overall if ordering directly from the United States once shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs fees are taken into account. Orders can also take considerably longer to arrive when shipped internationally.
Our goal is to make these specialist products more accessible to customers across the UK and Europe, with faster delivery and no unexpected customs charges on arrival.
