Poor customer service / Missing parcel
I did not receive my parcel. Tracking shows it was left outside a front door and not in a safe place. M and M direct are refusing to assist me in any way. Be wary of their lack of assistance.
UPDATE
As per the response from M and M.... They have sais their investigation has concluded and advised me to CONTINUE to check safe places and with neighbours to try and locate my missing parcel.
I was only provided with an alternative email address when I asked for it but I shouldn't have to raise a complaint. The consumer rights act 2015 state the seller (retailer) is responsible for ensuring the customer receive items purchased and are liable until they are in the customers possession or delivered to a safe place.
Not delivered to a safe place and not in my possession but MandM do not appear to think they are liable
