M&M are a shopping must!
Generally we find M&M offer a very wide range of clothing items varying in quality and price, all showing substantial deductions off normal retail prices. Sometimes the sizes or colours required are not available, which can be frustrating if one is not always prepared to compromise. Hence 4 stars for range, however 5 stars for company ethos!

Good response to failed delivery
Ordered a couple of Speedo swimming costumes each for myself and husband. Good price and fast dispatch. Evri failed to deliver on two occasions and then suggested a 'possible' date. No delivery and no contact. Used MandM chat re failed delivery. Very fast response offering refund or resend. Accepted resend. Parcel arrived Royal Mail the following day. Very happy with MandM not so much with the carrier of choice. I guess it keeps costs down. They must successfully deliver at least some items!
