Quality products and great customer service
I needed to return the item I had ordered as it was too small, my refund was processed in a timely fashion and I ordered a larger size which was a perfect fit. Very happy with the quality of the product and also the hassle free process of obtaining of a refund.

Well priced clothes but very poor customer service.
I order some trousers from MandM that arrived faulty, I found it very difficult to communicate with them about returning the item. Once I had a response by email from the customer service team they have been very helpful in resolving the issue.
