I ordered a pair of black loafers from you two weeks ago. The right shoe fits my foot perfectly, but the left one is too tight and makes it impossible to walk. I’ve never experienced a difference between the right and left shoes in any shoes I’ve bought before. Also, even though I’ve only worn the shoes once for a short time, they’ve stained half of my socks. After I wrote to them, they directed me to a shoe maker to solve my problem on my own. Their customer service is terrible.

My order came in quickly. The shoes are great as well. Unfortunately, I ordered the pumps in 42 instead of 41 so I had to return it, but I got size 41 in the store in Den haag and the attendance was really helpful.

Great quality shoes. Leather inside and outside - they can serve for many years (as other Manfield shoes I have). Beautiful design. Delivered as promised within a few days.

Never order from Manfield! I placed an order online 5 days ago, and I never received an order confirmation and lost the money. I tried to contact the customer service via phone, via email, via chat and via WhatsApp for three days before getting any answer. After that I had a poor contact with customer service person who did not give me an answer. I asked for a cancellation of my order as I couldn't get an update of the status of my order. She promised to come back to me, I waited for hours but she never did. More than 24h after I received a confirmation email that my order was placed even though I asked for the cancellation. I'm supposed to receive a shipping confirmation when the item is sent but another 24h after, I still haven't received it. So, 5 days after my order I have no clue where the order is, and if and when I will receive it.

I'vw been a regular customer to Manfield Leiden for 4 years because the quality of the shoes and boots is great.However the behaviour from the staff was pretty rude and bad to me. This happened to me several times and then I decided to buy online. I am considering stop buying from Manfield due to the bad experience with the workers at the shop.Arrogant behaviour. They just sell shoes!!

Afther telling them I dont want commerial emails (for which i never agreed) they ignore all my 8 emails .

Deliver already worn and damaged shoes and then refuse to provide an adequate compensation.

Attentive assistants. They did not have my size for a pair of shoes, but they kindly ordered them for me at my house. Always top notch service.

Very good service, fast delivery. The size of one pair of shoes was too big, easy retour via DHL service point. Only pity that even above a certain amount, you still have to pay transport costs (even for the exchange so twice)

Terrible shoes bought a pair2 6 weeks ago. Right shoe fell apart. Like there was no glue. Paid 60 euros (on sale) for them to fall apart after 4 wears. Very disappointing. I will never go there again.
