If i could, I would do -5 stars for this shop. Don't buy from this shop. Ordered 21-09-2025, till today 26-03-2025 not delivered. Also no money back. First there were a lot of excuses: problems with logistics, with delivery people and even delivery trucks. Then all communication died.They dont pick up phone, dont answer emails. There are a lot of great sites online, go to any of them, just not this shop. With this one is lost money, stress, disappointment.

After reading so many bad reviews of this company, we were quite reticent to order from this place. However, we decided to see for ourselves and made an appointment in Adam's show room which went very smoothly. His furniture is just superb, high quality and very elegant - just what we were looking for. So we ordered one of his cabinets which indeed was delayed by a week or so owing to some shipment issues. We exercised patience and trusted in the process, as Adam obviously has a business to run and wants to make a success of it. Yes, his communication could be a bit more on point and responsive (suggestion perhaps is to get an assistant to field all the calls and messages he obviously gets which would make things smoother for everyone!), but we leant into the quasi-mayhem, pretended in was the 80s/90s all over again when you would order something and you just didn't really know when it would arrive, but knew that it would at some point and actually in the end had a good experience. The cabinet is stunning and probably one of the nicest pieces of furniture we have ever owned. Was it worth all the back and forth and not knowing? Yes. So, my advice - only buy from this company if you are prepared for a bit of a squiggly path from buying to delivery. Or when Adam finds a personal assistant. Otherwise, just go for it and get on board with the not knowing. His furniture is incredible.
