Abismal customer service

Abismal customer service. They laughed at me on the phone when my order got ‘lost’ by courier in the warehouse. Took weeks to sort. Now I’ve returned items from the replacement that were falling apart and faulty, they told me they would send me the money for the return. Now they have asked me for my bank details, saying they are wrong 20 times. I have copied and pasted from my bank customer service. They are making it difficult so they don’t have to refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have paid £20 for nothing!!!! And I can’t claim from my bank. If this happens to you, faulty items, PLEASE DO A CHARGEBACK do not trust them to refund you

Order to Delivery takes WAY TOO LONG…

Order to Delivery takes WAY TOO LONG with no tracking of your order, very vague order conformation of when to expect yr items, no next day delivery, no offer to pick up in store or have it delivered to a local shop.... Come on Mango... get with it!!!
I'm still waiting from the 4th Jan 24 for any updates from Yodel delivery

Have to pay to return the clothes which don’t fit

Annoyingly, they don’t inform you that you have to pay to return any items which don’t fit you. When I found the label in the box I learnt that it was not prepaid, so I had to pay for postage of items which have weird sizing. This is quite uncommon, and very disappointing! Don’t think will be ordering again

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

They gave me the wrong color for the sweater I ordered, and I have to pay for returning the item. The quality of the sweater was dismal. It also looked used. Never again. CS was unhelpful.

Mango has lost my second package again

Mango has lost my second package again. Last time they lost it but I gave them another chance. I bought pieces on 23rd November, yesterday they told me that the currier company that I use was not accepting my package because they did not have the enough space. I checked it with my courier company and they said that it was not true. I once again opened a ticket and now they tell me that the package was delivered on 6th December. However, the website says that it is still in transit. They are liars. Now I have to send several emails to get a refund because they will be telling me that I received it already as per their records and they can not do anything about it! Totally liars!

1 star rating is even high for this…

1 star rating is even high for this hell hole, imagine this: ordering clothes with discount, discount was not included during check out for some reason, most likely they cant afford to pay any developers. Contacted them about that the discount did not apply, could you refund it? I attached mutiple screenshots and they just sent me a generic email saying that they cant do anything since it is ‘ my fault’ that their discount did not apply. If anyone wants to order from this place, please don’t. It is not worth your time and effort to talk to them. I cant even think that someone would even want to work for this company, should be shamefull to put this on a CV. Worst CS ever.

parcel never arrived

Ordered a parcel on 27th November and has still not arrived. From looking on here I saw it would be sent with yodel so I checked the tracking with yodel and it said still with sender. Called mango and they marked my parcel as lost and initiated a refund. Absolute waste of time!! This was also for a birthday present so I would’ve got something else if mango had contacted me as they should have. Don’t be tempted by the cheap prices- I question if anything even was posted! Scam!!

Items not Shipped Presumed Lost

My wife decided to buy some items for Christmas presents on line. Order went through ok on the 24th November with a estimated delivery date 5-10 Business Days advised.Tracking number provided 29th, all looked good. Registered a query on 12th December which was acknowledged but not responded to. Telephoned Customer Service on the 14th December and advised by a pleasant lady that they had no further updates from YODEL. Items possibly lost. They offered me to reorder or receive a refund which I accepted because items probably wouldnt be here before Christmas. Items are apparently shipped from Barcelona to the UK. I am not sure if this is inefficency from Mango (and blame courier) or courier have actually lost the items. Either way, a poor level of service from Mango and wrecked our normally well planned Christmas shopping.

I’m so disappointed

I’m so disappointed. Made an order from Greece website, almost 4 weeks passed and my order still is not delivered. I reached out to their customer support twice and got no answer. So I spent my money for nothing. Will never buy anything from them👎🏼

The clothes sizes don't match and returning costs too much

The clothes sizes don't match with the descriptions or the guides on their website. When you need to return the order, you have to pay a large amount of money for transportation (for example from Romania it costed 100lei=20€) so if your order was 30-40€ it's not worth the returning fee so you got yourself a piece of useless fabric.

Pleasantly Surprised

Was expecting a nightmare experience after reading the reviews on here after ordering!

Ordered 4 items they arrived in 5 days with no issues? Placed a 2nd order for 2 items that arrived 2 days later - so far a 10/10 experience for me.

I love Mango and I love mango outlet

I love Mango and I love mango outlet. I've ordered from both and have never had an issue with quality or returns. My only issue is how slow their shipping is. I bought from a different company as well the same day, that item is arriving tomorrow and my order from mango outlet hasn't even left their warehouse yet. It's always been like this from them. It's my one complaint.

I’m so disappointed

I’m so disappointed. I ordered a jacket from their Spanish website for the full price, and I got my jacket with stains that were irremovable. In addition, there were a couple of small holes (almost invisible but anyway). This is unacceptable! Don’t order anything from them!!!

Scam website...Shop at your own risk!

I placed an order on Mango Outlet and the following day, the items I purchased were selling for much cheaper. I called for a price adjustment and I was told they didn't do that for outlet purchases. I told the agent that I would be repurchasing the items and returning the first order. At no point did he inform me that they do not cover return shipping or provide return labels. Their website CLEARLY states that they do provide return labels for outlet orders. When I receive the first order, there is no label included in the box and when I called the customer service line, I got a message saying that no label will be provided. I will NEVER shop Mango Outlet ever again and you shouldn't either.
