They are absolutely terrible, sent me wrong sizes and even the wrong product! I was so happy that I had found such a great site and great prices to be so let down...

If you place an order you should be ready to not get it at all.
If you decide to ask customer service for help, be ready for them to lie to you.

Update: Also when customer service is tired of your questions, they just block your e-mail, so you cannot bother them anymore.

Never shopping at Mango again.

The Mango Outlet Belgium website FAQ gives you the option to modify your order, which I wanted to use because of an error. The information in the FAQ was not correct and I tried contacting customer service through the online form. This does not work either, it only sends you to a blank page.

I wish I've had read this page before, Mango Outlet is the worse company ever.
I've returned 3 items, was about 30 euros worth it and I've paid 7 to send back.
A month later I've heard nothing from them and no refund at all.
I feel soooo mad, I've never imagine that such well known company would do this kind of things.
It's pure Scam!
I will never buy there again and definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

I love shopping on Mango Outlet (UK based). Online shopping. I have been using it for years. Its amazing. The clothes are like 70-80% off! I just received my order yesterday. Was delivered with care by Yodel. I cannot praise this company enough! Its a shame people have written negative reviews. I know that would put me off when deciding about a company. Im writing this for those people who want to give it a go. Do as you save alot of money! I also buy my daughter clothes such as blazers, blouses and shirts and trousers. Its easy to use online. Just filter searches by size and change sort order to price from low to high. And then browse the results. I have a great collection of clothes. When my daughter needs something new i come here first. I have never had a complaint. So if you are nervous order one item. Try it. I ordered 3 items last week. A full length flowing jacket/coat, a full length flowing cardigan and a loose fitting turtle neck jumper. All for £52!!! And free delivery! I was over the moon when my delivery arrived yesterday by courier Yodel. All in pristine condition. New. Wrapped. And material quality. True to size. What is not to like? For those worried about returns I have done it twice before on a couple of items. I took to the post office and the address is in Corby UK. They recieved my returns and I got my full refund. I always pay with Paypal. So if there are any issues its easy to raise a dispute with Paypal. But to date I am very happy with their service and the clothes for such a great discount! Thankyou for keeping this business open. I will always be a loyal customer.

I wanted to return by post 4 products of which one was defective. The return is 20 euro and all the products cost 25 euro in total. So it's a waste of money. I'll never order again!

I have received my order and both items are faulty.
1. Shoes have a hole
2. Jacket in cream color has a big stain on the sleeve, I suppose it's make-up.
Considering that returns changes are not refundable, you will have to pay for their mistakes.
Be very careful when order or generally avoid to save your time and money.

They dont't refund your postal fees as they say on their site. It is not my fault as customer their product sucks and they don't let customer return the product in the stores in the country they opened.

Avoid! Thought this website was legit and attached to Mango? Clothes arrived wrinkled and the sizing is completely off. I buy from Mango frequently, don’t understand how the sizing can be so different. Paid for the return, tracked. No refund or correspondence from the company 2 weeks later. Wish I had of read the reviews. This looks like a complete scam.

You changed the site and it became terrible. It's the most uncomfortable site ever. Do you know anything about the user experience. How could you remove the filters????????? Why would I want to go through hundreds of pictures of clothes not my size. I can't even see normally if it's my size or not, I have to go to the page of EVERY item for that!!! It sucks.

Two stars as I was given incorrect information. Before I ordered, I phoned customer service and asked if there was an Outlet store in London so I wouldn’t have to pay return postage. I was given an address in Oxford St and was assured I could make returns there. So I ordered 2 pairs of jeans which unfortunately didn’t fit. I made the 45 minute journey to Oxford St to return. When I got there was told it hadn’t been an Outlet store since Covid, so I travelled there for nothing and had to pay to return heavy jeans. Why do they charge return postage if there is no store to return an order to? Won’t be purchasing ever again.

Their sizes are so off especially with the high waisted jeans and pants. Customer service is terrible and even when you return defective items, they do not refund the shipping charges! They resort to really cheap tactics to make a few dollars.

Like many people here, it's the rip off in returns. Of course there's a big banner for free delivery!!! I placed an order for 3 dresses which I wanted to try on before making my final decision on one. However I was shocked to find out that I have to pay for returns. I had no reason to believe buying Mango Outlet UK would be different than buying from my usual Mango Outlet Spain where I can go to my nearest store to return or bring it to an office even closer to home and return free of charge. Even my account is the same and shows my history of purchases, price in euros and delivery to my home address in Spain. I would NEVER have ordered from the UK site if I knew that there was such a disparity and I will NEVER order from you again! It's absolutely shocking!

I'm surprised that there are so many negative reviews. I bought many things from here and recently returned something as well. I received the refund within 12 days and the discount is so high, I have never bought anything from normal mango shop since I found this outlet. The return shipping is not free, but it has been stated very clearly. No complains at all.

You have to pay full cost of returns and I have yet to receive any updates about my returns (sent last week).

The customer service in Poland is terrible. Asked them to cancel my order because due to bank's technical problems my order was placed twice. They sent me confirmation of cancelation - I confirmed that I want to cancel one order, because anothe one with the same items was already sent to me. And after that they sent me that second order. I din't know who is working there - but it seems to me - not very smart people. Why do they get their salary if their job is to help customers and they don't do that???Every year I placed many orders and liked shopping at mangooutlet and mango as well. Now I will think twice.

Terrible, there's no way to return the items via post. Neither royal mail and Envri recognize the return address as a valid one. Been calling their customer service line but it doesn't recognize my accent and there's no way to talk to a human.

Just wanted to write this review because after I saw all negative opinions about Mango Outlet I was really worried about my recent return. Surprisingly everything ended well, about week ago I sent parcel with all the clothes I wanted to return and today I received money.

Mango is my favourite store. In more than 12yrs I have never had any issues with my orders. One time I ordered a pair of shoes a size smaller, but returned them and got the right size. The clothes are just as advertised on the site. Absolutely love it and highly recommend!

I thought this is only happening to me, I return more than 8 items 6 months ago until today never get my money back, when I go to check my ordered on my email unbelievable was not there. We need to report this abuse for Mango Outlet
