I’ve recentes bought a house through Manning Stainton and I dealt with Ivona Stepanova and Charlotte Poutney.
Ivona was so kind and informative when showing me the property and also very understanding all throughout the process.
Charlotte was my go to person when I had questions and needed to chase answers from solicitors. She was always understanding and efficient with a calming and reassuring tone whenever we talked and always encouraging that things were going to be okay and that I’m not the only this happens to. lol

Zaini was amazing. I can't fault her professionalism especially when dealing with ridiculous expectations and demands from our buyers. She mediated perfectly and helpd me feel I wasn't wrong in thinking they were being demanding and difficult. Whilst never once speaking unprofessionally. A very difficult situation handled so well. As with many chains issues arose along the way. She kept the lines of communication open and was quick to reply to emails/return calls. The other people involved Julie and Yvonna were equally as professional. Julie was there every step of the way when our property went up for sale, organising the viewings, reassuring me when "a friend" decided to tag on and view my property with someone who had actually booked a viewing. I wasn't prepared to show my property without an appointment. She reassured me that was my right. Yvonne was there at the end of the phone when Zaini was on holiday. It was so reassuring to have her if I needed her. A shout put to the ladies in the Beeston branch the couple of times I've visited. They've always been professional and friendly. Not forgetting Dan who valued the property and gave us tips on how to present our home to the maximum to ensure a sale (which happened extremely quickly)

Used Manning Staintons to buy all my buy to let houses back in 1998-2003 and now in 2025 using them to sell them.
Superb communication from when the house is sold onwards keeping all parties regularly updated with progress.

Recently sold my house after having not moved in over 30 years, Charlotte Poutney was my move manager and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, also being very empathetic when my house sale fell through at one point. There was quite a lot of chasing involved due to other conveyancers and estate agents in the chain but it was reassuring to have Charlotte to help when required. All the other staff in the Beeston branch that I spoke to were friendly too and didn't take long to come back to queries.

For selling the property, getting interest in the property, they have been excellent. Was a lot of interest early, and an offer had been accepted in a very short time. Unfortunately, after that we had all sorts of delays with solicitors and conveyancing, that basically have left me with no other option than to leave a somewhat negative review. Of the suggested solicitors that we were given, it was only 3 months into the sale, that we actually found out that the solicitor and the estate agents actually shared the same building, and on top of that, the same floor! Such a conflict of interest really shouldn't be allowed and we can only suggest that you do your own research and get a specialist solicitor rather than a conveyancing company, and hopefully you won't have the best part of 10 months trying to complete!
