Is the third time I buy/sell a property through Manning Stainton, different branch same high standards, all the team is been very helpful and kind, thank you again!

For everyone of our 3 house sales we have used Manning Stanton’s in Beeston Leeds. You may get a cheaper price but for us it is worth it for the customer service we receive. We had Charlotte Poutney looking after us this time, Charlotte made us feel as if we were her only customer and kept us informed at every stage of the sale. We have come to expect professionalism and service with MS and they with the excellent help of Charlotte did not disappoint

Manning Stainton were helpful from the start of selling my apartment to the end. From coming round and taking photos and being confident that it would sell and how easy it is. Updated me along the way when there was interest in the property to the end when the transaction was completed and i was able to come and collect my keys to my new house

They were great from start to finish..Julie was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Answered any questions we had as first time buyers this made our buying process feel a lot smoother.

(The only regret was using the solicitors they suggested, which soured the experience slightly)

Having not moved house in almost 20yrs you could say we were a tad apprehensive about the process. Manning Stainton found us a buyer very quickly and managed the negotiation very well and all seemed good!.

Then the legal process began, this is not Manning Staintons fault as such but the conveyancer for my buyer was from Conveyancing Move who I believe to be part or Mannings. The legal process for us was an absolute nightmare and I almost gave up several times, my buyer was as frustrated as I was with the constant movement of goalposts from his solicitor. She asked for information that was not relevant and the list of queries just kept coming, I tried to contact her myself to clarify what she was asking for but she wouldn't speak to me and I have to say it was very questionable whether she actually knew what she was doing (not my words! - these are the words of 3 other solicitors I had to speak to to resolve the conveyancers queries)

However, our saviour was Zaini Miraj, our Move Manager from Mannings. She never gave up, even when I suggested I'd had enough, to say Zaini possesses unlimited tenacity is a understatement. I honestly do not believe we would have completed our move without her, she kept us informed every single day, working between ours and our buyers solicitors to keep things moving and when all seemed lost Zaini kept the faith and got us over the line.

In short, I would recommend Manning Stanton and suggest you insist on having Zaini as your Move Manager (in fact make it contractual!!!) but I would avoid Conveyancing Move at all costs!!
