Mannings were responsible for the sale of my house. Personally I liked that they didnt take any fee until i completed. Also they have a person for every stage of the process who is always at the end of the phone, always pushing the process through as quickly as possible and kept us in the loop with regular updates- i dont think i had to chase once.
