I recently sold a property through Manning Stainton's Horsforth branch and can't praise them enough. The photos were very professional and Kyle Guy who was dealing with the sale was amazing. He kept me fully up to date throughout the sale of the property, which was unbelievably stressful at times due to a total lack of communication from my solicitor. Kyle answered any questions i had and took time to explain everything, and believe me, i had a lot of questions, again all down to the incompetence of the solicitor. I would definitely use Manning Stainton again for any further sales of properties.

Kyle supported us throughout our relocation and I genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough. The whole process ran very smoothly; despite a couple of inevitably chaotic days, Kyle remained a calm and reassuring presence throughout. He was always available at the end of the phone, dealt with any queries promptly, and made us feel completely at ease. He’s a real asset and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We also worked with Sarah during our valuation, and briefly with Maisie both of whom were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

This was a difficult and protracted sale but Lesley (Alexander) kept everything on track and was very persistent and pro-active. I always appreciated her calm and level-headed approach during our conversations which was very helpful in a stressful situation. We got there in the end!
