Im thrilled to say we had nothing to do apart from some paperwork. We never had to make a single phone call to check anything, MS rang us very frequently to keep us updated every step of the way. Quite a tricky sale of my house with the chain breaking twice due to buyers pulling out. Kyle was good at keeping me up to date with only occasional prods required from my side. Towards the end he did an excellent job of chasing the buyer's solicitors and trying to get updates with regards to exchange and completion dates. Overall very happy with the service I received.
