Charlotte Poutney was the home move manager involved in my purchase and she was absolutely incredible.

I was already co-ordinating with my buyer, however there were several in the chain and honestly Charlotte was the glue helping to hold it all together.

Buying and selling a home is such a stressful experience and Charlotte took initiative to proactively contact solicitors and others involved to get it over the line!! I couldn't rate her more highly!
