After struggling for months manning Stainton managed to help me find somewhere to live instantly! I had Evie longley helping me and she was absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for somewhere!!

Things were not straightforward however we were kept up to date by Dylan from start to finish. He worked hard to keep us informed and up to date about everything. I do think the practice of using Goodlord can be problematic and no concern is given to people who may not be computer savvy.

Manning Stainton South Leeds Lettings office at Morley have been incredibly helpful in finding me the right tenant for my flat in Wortley. In particular Evie Longley was very patient and did not push me or rush me into taking on the wrong tenant. Dylan was also very helpful at keeping me updated with what was happening. I am extremely grateful to them for all their help.

We employed MS to find tenants for our rental house. The whole process was quite straightforward and smooth, apart from one very strange process. When prospective tenants had been found, and a move-in date agreed, the draft agreement issued by MS did not specify the agreed-upon date (which was two weeks ahead) but rather a different date 2 months ahead. We obviously questioned this. Dylan was the agent who dealt with us. He was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. He said that 2 months was the standard time that MS use for all their draft agreements. I do not think this is a satisfactory reason and MS should change their process to use the date agreed by the landlord and prospective tenants. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

However, I felt demanding to see every adult who will be living in the property with thier identity documens at the office at the point of key collection was unnecessary because all adults were already referenced during the process.

Manning Stainton Estate Agent is a good agent with a very good professional staffs that attends or respond to calls and emails as at when due and in a more professional way.
