I recently sold my late father’s house and found all the staff at Manning Stainton very helpful and professional. A special mention to Ann Rimmington; without her efforts I think the sale would have fallen through. She kept in constant touch, chased up solicitors, surveyors etc. and generally worked extremely hard to ensure that the sale went through.

As selling a home was a big thing I was dubious about who to choose to sell my house. From the initial valuation with Lee to dealing with Millie it was easy and I felt I was always kept informed.
Once my house had sold Ann made me feel I was in safe hands. She was helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, often telling me information before my solicitor.
Would 100% recommend Manning Stainton.

Wonderful selling experience with Manning Stainton Wakefield. I was selling my dad’s bungalow after losing him. Lee came out to meet me there and was so kind and understanding. Didn’t push me to make an instant decision to sell but gave me time and all the info I needed. Due to his compassion I wouldn’t have trusted the sale with anyone else. All the staff in the Wakefield branch were great and kept me updated at all stages. Once a sale was agreed I was passed onto my move manager Ann - I cannot praise this lady enough, she guided me through the sale and kept everything moving. Ann deserves so much praise- she held my hand through tricky times and listened to my wows and was understanding of how difficult the situation was for me… their needs to be more Ann’s in the world !!! she even managed to make me feel a little less crazy when I had a mini meltdown haha. Would happily use Manning Stainton again should I move house, they will be my first choice! Was daunted by the whole prospect of selling our house but from day one when they came and took photos the process was explained in a manner that made it feel much more comfortable. Dealt with Millie most of the time regarding viewings who was fantastic at keeping us informed and organising the viewings. We had many viewings and we were always given feedback about how each one had gone. Once we sold our property we were assigned Ann as our Move Manager who was brilliant at liaising with us and our buyer through the sale process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Manning Stainton to my friends and family. Thank you for guiding us so well through the process!
