Awful service. Took several attempts to get suitable photographs and then afterwards had an agent gossip to our neighbours about our private moving arrangements. Very unprofessional and significant breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want all your personal information revealed to your local community.

In response to your reply - the date we have provisionally agreed to move home is OUR business and OUR business alone to reveal to people when WE choose to do so. I am disappointed to see that you do not see this as private information and that your staff are therefore permitted by the office to gossip about clients' moving plans to people not involved in those transactions. This is not an estate agent I would ever work with again

It was a complicated process (no fault of estate agent) and Sara saved me so much time and stress.

Estate agents were great. The move management teams were less so. At the start we had to do much of the chasing, we we were given updates that were about our property (which we already knew) instead of ones for the property we were buying and were also given incorrect information about paperwork being received and the case moving forward only to find out a week later that nothing had been received at all and the case had stalled. Very frustrating receiving conflicting information.

Great Experience in buying a property. The team where always friendly, ready to help and advise with any queries. They made the experience personable. I would use them in the future and recommend them. I especially liked my lovely welcome pack as a First-time buyer it was a lovely touch and had some useful gifts.
