It is certainly true that buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience but they made it as stress free and easy to navigate as was possible. Jacob took us through the sales process smoothly and valued and listed our house and then handed us over to Natalie who was really helpful and a good point of contact when dealing with offers. Once the offer was in we were handed over to Joanne for the rest of the process and she was great -very responsive to any query and excellent at chasing up all parties in the process in a calm manner.
