Worst online purchase ive ever…

Worst online purchase ive ever experienced. Ordered Sons kit sept 18th its now nov 7th. Refund didnt work, calling dont work and emails dont seem to get any sort of reply. I went to the store in Chessington and was told it "sorry" and it will be printed the same day and will arrive by Monday. That was a week ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AVOID!
Very bad experience. Seven weeks since I placed my order and I’m still waiting—communication has been poor and unhelpful, with no meaningful updates. Extremely disappointed. Never again.

The slowest company I have ever made…

The slowest company I have ever made shopping. Impossible to communicate with them. No answered phones or emails... I can only pray to take my order or at least any news from them. It is a shame I didn't have any other option to buy my boy's uniform

Woeful

Woeful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Our sons football club used this company this year for the first time to supply their kit. . We are 4 games into the season and are still waiting,

We also ordered £200 worth of training kit for both boys on 10th August. Still waiting, I have emailed multiple times including the managing director, no response to the last 3, phone number is out of service, I will be doing a bank recharge tomorrow morning and reporting to trading standards, how anyone can run a business like this is beyond me.

Our football club are pulling their hair out.

One star is generous

One star is generous. Mansfield took £160 payment for children’s hockey kit in August. They have refused to respond to any emails asking for an update on delivery which is way beyond the estimated delivery time already. The telephone number doesn’t ring and despite processing a cancellation and refund request through their website - still no communication or money returned. Appealing and no sign of how I get £160 back and my daughters don’t have the kit they need for their club.

Ordered new kit 6 weeks ago. Still no sign of it. Had to buy stand in kit whilst we wait. Useless company, no customer service provided, poor communication- they don’t deserve to be in business - for any prospective teams looking for a kit supplier, go elsewhere- this lot are a sham

Unacceptable service – still waiting for correct kit after nearly 4 months


We ordered football kits from this company on 3rd January with a promised turnaround time of three weeks. The kits didn’t arrive until 26th February – a total of 54 days from the date of purchase.

When the kits finally did arrive, there were multiple issues:
• The badge embroidery was incorrect
• Some shirt numbers were wrong
• We were sent the wrong colour socks

As of 25th April, it has now been 113 days since the original order, and we still haven’t received the correct socks. Despite repeated assurances — almost weekly — that they are being sent out, nothing has arrived.

This is not an error on our part. This is entirely down to the supplier’s poor communication, delays, and failure to fulfil their obligations. I’ve been patient and have given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but this has dragged on far too long.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise that no team or organisation use this company.

An incompetent Company

We have the misfortune to have to use this company for purchasing school uniform. They are completely incapable of this task. We have had wrong items, items missing, no response to communication, having to show them that orders were incomplete with screen grabs of their own website. Plus many many more issues. We have now informed the school that we will not purchase anything else from them, they are that bad.

Others have had clothing sent that was falling apart but then not be able to get a response from them. Items being removed from the website resulting in multiple excessive P&P having to be paid.

MSG are just a dreadful company
