Highly recommend MANtenatal!
Highly recommend Gordon and the MANtenatal course. As a first time dad I struggled to find something I felt drawn towards as a lot of the material online is geared towards to mums. This is designed for dads, by a dad. And a great dad. After the two day course I feel informed, empowered, excited and most importantly, ready. If you’re considering trying the course, just do it!

Brilliant course designed to help first time dads feel more confident, great group dynamic means you can ask all the questions you feel will make you look stupid infront of your partner. Covers several areas to prepare for labour and going home and gives great tips and ideas for looking after your partner/little one.
