I have been using the Ruggex out at Sea over the last year - I am a commercial fisherman - It is Perfect ... It's had lots of knocks & bumps but is really robust & unaffected :) Particularly like the loud speaker volume which I can hear over my inboard engine. Great phone & Excellent Service. Many Thanks.

I have been a business customer of Vodafone for 20 years. I work in the marine construction and commercial diving industry, which involves harsh environments and a lot of water. I have tried every manufacturer of smartphone over the years and broken many of them every year also as they don't stand up to the rugged work conditions. I recently took advice from Mak at Mantis Tech and purchased a Rhino Two Ruggex phone. I am so impressed with the level of service from Mantis Tech Uk and also the phone quality, price, and features, that I will likely only renew my contract with Vodafone as a sim only package. This phone does exactly what it says on the tin.

I purchased the Ruggex Rhino One. I was a little bit sceptical about purchasing this phone as I had an iPhone 6s and didn't want to down grade to much but I can honestly say this phone does everything my iPhone did. Great camera, loads everything fast and the rear speaker is soooo loud. Bargain price and is worth every penny. It is only slightly bigger than an iPhone 6s. It also came with a great two port USB plug and a cable to charge other peoples phone through you're own. Battery life is immense it just doesn't die. I am a tradesmen but in my social life I don't feel embarrassed to get this phone out looks very sleek and stylish would recommend this phone. The photos do it no justice on the website.

I needed a tough phone, and the Ruggex Rhino3 seems to doing the job nicely. I have an outdoor job and 2 small children and my contract handset couldn't cope!
The product was as-described and swiftly and safely delivered.
Fortunately it's all been so smooth I haven't needed to test MantisTech's customer support, but I get the sense they're a good bunch. Recommended.

My phone arrived sooner than expected. It has everything which I need for my business and its rugged exterior is not only pleasing to the eye but also it has had positive comments from several customers who have seen me use it.

Mak was excellent to deal with and went out of his way to ensure a special delivery service to Ireland

I bought the rhino one last week and I'm really pleased with the product excellent service any issues have been solved within the day I highly recommend this product from mantistech.

The phone I bought from mantis tech Ruggex Rhino 3 wasn't great. Although it has some good features it also has a lot of poor ones as well. Most of all I found the software poor compared to other branded phones even mid to low range price categories. Also phone feels quite cheapily made, Would be much better buying a branded phone with a good strong water proof case.

Customer service ON POINT. Visited site looking for a phone. Had initial doubts about the Ruggex phones but within 15 minutes ish of checking around for reviews and all that jazz I got pinged with a customer service message. The person I talked with was really honest about all the phones and listed the pros and cons. He compared specs for me and all in all was very knowledgeable. Going to buy a RuggexRhino3 from them soon!

What a brilliant company to deal with. I bought a new phone off them which developed a fault.It was not a Ruggex phone, and they replaced it straight away . They sent the new one before they received the faulty one back. But this is the really good bit. For the replacment phone .I talked the the man on the phone for about an hour about what i did with the phone. I work as a builder and do a lot of canoeing and other out door activities and he recommended a Ruggex Carbon to me. It was not the most expensive or the cheapest but perfect for what i do. My wife wants a new phone for Christmas I know where to go.
Five stars is not good enough for this firm

In this day and age most company's just want your money while you get very little customer service skill's in return but every company should look at how MantisTech treat customers. They provide the very best service possible, nothing seams a problem that they not willing to help with. I had small problem with the phone and spoke with Mak a few times over it who was always very professional, helpful and a credit to the company.
In the past I've had alot of the big name company's so called Rugged phone's and everytime they left me disappointed and let down so at first I was unsure of a smaller named company, I was Wrong.
I went for the Rhino 3 model and wow I'm blown away with this phone. Its unlocked duel sim while offering amazing performance and easy to use. It safe to say its the best smartphone I've had the pleasure to use all at a great price.
More important RUGGEX really lives up to the name.

MantisTech offers the best customer service I've ever received from the e-commerce sector. Only mom & pop one-location brick & mortars do as well.

I purchased their Ruggex Rhino 3 rugged smart phone (dual sim) from them. The customer service is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The product is better than I hoped (and I had high expectations). I had only a couple of hiccoughs, and the customer service got me sorted promptly and courteously.

I highly recommend the company and their products.

I waited until I'd used the phone a couple of months before writing this review. In that time, my rating of them has increased from 4.8 out of 5 to 6 out of 5.

Actually spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about and gained my trust that they'd be there in the future what ever! Top marks.

Very helpful was looking at the wedsite at about 9pm on a Sunday night and had a few questions got a reply within minuets, would highly recommend buying from Mantis Tech and will recommend to friends

After a problem which turned out to be my sim cards Mak and his team could not have been more helpfull in helping me sort it out, they went beyond being a good company to a fantastic one in the service they give and I ended up with a great phone. A big thank you MantisTech.

Prompt delivery, well packaged. Good tough phone, easy to use, responsive screen. Loud enough for when out on fishing boat, and a good camera. Would recommend.

ManisTech, are a company I stumbled upon whilst on another website.
Mak from Manistech was excellent in helping me choose the right product for what my needs were.
my orders have been shipped very quickly with email updates for shipping.
even when the goods were out of stock for a repeat order, I was kept fully updated.
In short, old fashioned customer service from a company that sells modern equipment.
(we purchased 14 rugged phones for business use)

Manistech are a company I definitely recommend.
