Warning – Charges Continue, No Coins Delivered
I subscribed to Maple Leaf Gold’s monthly silver coin program in 2024. After the first few shipments, the company stopped delivering coins in March 2025 but continued charging me $49.95 per month. My account clearly shows several orders marked “Paid” but “Unfulfilled.”
I emailed them requesting either delivery or a refund and received no reply. Their posted policy refuses refunds if a subscription is cancelled, even when nothing has been sent.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable business practice. I have cancelled my subscription, disputed the recent charges with my credit card provider, and reported the matter to Canadian consumer protection agencies.
