The most polite company i have ever used.
I purchased the Resident evil 4 remake game, it was the cheapest price i could find on the whole internet. Great communication and customer service throughout the whole purchase process from the sale through to dispatch and delivery, great company, pete is very polite, thank you for the game.

You seem to have misrepresented the timescales in your review. You placed your order late on Monday evening and requested to cancel the order late on Wednesday evening as I refused to give you a free upgrade on postage that you requested via email during Wednesday daytime.
My delivery policy is very clear that orders can take up to 3 working days to be processed. I ensure that when postage is selected on checkout I even include the description of after dispatch in the postage selected to ensure customers are aware that this particular policy takes roughly 2-4 working days after dispatch to help stop any confusion with the statement of it taking 2-4 working days being mistaken as from order (ie Free UK Delivery (2-4 Working Days After Dispatch)) When I emailed you I was explicit that your order would be dispatched on Thursday (not maybe dispatched on Thursday as you have stipulated)
I also pointed out to you that there was no information on my website or within my delivery policies that said your item was due to be delivered before the weekend. You are also speculating as to the delivery taking 8+ days to arrive from the day of ordering (as you cancelled the order within 49 hours), Royal Mail are a little backed up at this time of year however most tracked 48 items are being delivered within 2 working days currently. (This is the service your item would have used)
So I believe that the 2 star review is unjustified as the dispatch timescales are clear 0-3 working days and the postage policy used at dispatch is at the discretion of the customer.
So I had done / was doing everything I had said I would do on my site. The refund you requested was also dealt with quickly (1st thing the next working day - Thursday)

I have not received my order or reply
I have not received my order, not even a courtesy reply to my emails and phonecalls.
I contacted my bank and the money were paid out from my account on 8/04/2025.
It seems to me that the positive feedbacks are not genuine.
Because my requests were ignored, I have to contact my bank for money recovery.

You placed your order whilst I was away on holiday as such your order can not be processed until I am back and the 1st available posting date is Tuesday as it is bank holiday tomorrow, there were notifications on my website informing customers of this, I also have out of office email reply informing customers that I was away. As a sole trader running a small business I am available to my customers 7 days a week as such when I go on holiday I rely on the notification on my website informing customers and the out of office email as I turn off all electronic devices including my phone whilst on holiday otherwise I do not get a break and end up working through my time away. I can assure you that all feedback / reviews received are genuine I am sorry that you did not notice the notification on the website or the out of office reply's that were sent to you.
