Amazing service from that start

Amazing service from that start. I contacted marks as there was a code but it wasn't working at checkout and they very kindly sorted it all out.
New oven was delivered this morning only after a few days of ordering. Free delivery and no extra charges for Saturday delivery which you don't see very often any more.
I was the first on the delivery mens route and it got dropped off at 7:30am they were both lovely and delivered it into the kitchen for me.
Looking forward to unboxing and having my new oven to use.

Delivery of Freezer

To be told a time and date and then followed on the day by a phone call as to when arriving makes all the difference, the two delivery men were very careful removing the old freezer and bringing in the new one. everything went well. would recommend to any one.

What an absolute dream

What an absolute dream, I had never heard of MArks electrical before so I was quite wary, but after checking the reviews all seemed to be good. They had the exact item I wanted and it was cheaper than elsewhere, ordering was simple, lots of choices on additional services like removal of old items etc. I wasn’t in any rush so was able to choose a delivery date that was free of charge.this was not offered anywhere else.. the day before delivery I got a reminder and then later that night I got a 2 hr delivery slot. The item arrived within the time specified and the driver was very lovely and efficient. Delivery was done in 5 mins and he took the old dryer away.. I haven’t opened my new item yet but the service so far from Marks electrical has been outstanding

A*** service

Today we had a Hisense fridge freezer delivered and the delivery guys went above and beyond for us, rather than bring it to the front of the house to have to manoeuvre it through 3 different rooms they took it round to the back door which leads straight into my kitchen. They were friendly and professional and so very helpful! Overall the service I have received from ordering the item to the delivery today has been so easy and smooth. I couldn’t fault this company in anyway. Thanks for making it such an easy transaction.

Excellent Service

The first oven delivered didn’t work - which may or may not have been due to the bang it received on route from van to kitchen.

Customer service were very good though and the replacement has arrived only 3 days later and all seems to be well.

The delivery service guys (Graig & Ev) were first rate.
They were very polite and took great care getting it moved in, unpacked and positioned in the kitchen.

I’d definitely use Marks again just for the service
