I would like to say a huge thank you to the two gentlemen who delivered our American fridge freezer. They were professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish. The appliance was large and difficult to manoeuvre, but they handled everything with great care and efficiency.

They took the time to ensure the fridge freezer was positioned correctly and made sure everything was in perfect order before leaving. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole delivery experience stress-free.

A credit to the company – I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Thank you both for a fantastic job!

Great service, Craig and Everett went above and beyond delivering out item ( American fridge freezer) exactly where we required it. The box didn’t have a single blemish on and they handled the goods with care. Also offered us verbal advice how best for us to get the large item into our property! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!

I have used Marks Electrical before. They consistently have competitive prices and everything from ordering to delivery runs smoothly.
They give you a 2 hour delivery time slot and they are on time. They ring you to let you know they are on their way and the delivery guys - Craig and Ev were very cheerful, polite and helpful. Very pleased with everything

Very fast and efficient delivery, ordered washing machine and a tumble dryer Thursday Evening after my washer/dryer broke, qualified for multi buy discount which was a bonus, free delivery for Saturday which was faster than other sites I’d looked at. Delivery was really smooth, great communication from ordering through to delivery. Craig and Ev from the delivery team were really friendly, helpful and delivered to specified location. Overall great experience start to finish, would recommend!

We bought a new washing machine from Marks Electrical and we are well pleased wth it , The two men who brought it were so helpfull and quick they realy knew there job and fitted and balanced it in a very quick time.They soon had it up and running . Based on this perfomance we will be making other purchaces from Marks many thanks.

The delivery drivers went above and beyond when trying to fit the fridge freezer through my kitchen door! Never have experienced this kind of service from a driver!

They failed to find my house. They called for assistance after the end of the stated delivery time. I missed the calls (my son was home waiting). They blame me and are making a £40 failed delivery charge. The original delivery charge was £20. So they blame me for the failed delivery and charge double for redelivery. DPD, Amazon, Evri, Fedex and Yodel all found the house from the same details. I will not use Marks again and recommend you avoid them.

Great product which was easy to order, fast response from customer service over small problem and great delivery service. Delivery men had a difficult job getting a large item through a narrow entry but did it with a smile.

My grandson urgently needed a washer at a good price. I suggested Marks Electrical as I had bought from them before. I managed to get him the washer he wanted including delivery and recycling of his old machine for less than the cost to collect from local large store. I picked the delivery day, was kept informed of the delivery slot and he is very happy with the washer, win, win. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. The washing machine was delivered on time and as expected. A few days later, I contacted customer service regarding a minor issue/query, and an engineer was arranged promptly. The engineer arrived on time, and was professional and explained everything quickly. Excellent customer service and after-sales support. Highly recommended.
