My grandson urgently needed a washer at a good price. I suggested Marks Electrical as I had bought from them before. I managed to get him the washer he wanted including delivery and recycling of his old machine for less than the cost to collect from local large store. I picked the delivery day, was kept informed of the delivery slot and he is very happy with the washer, win, win. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. The washing machine was delivered on time and as expected. A few days later, I contacted customer service regarding a minor issue/query, and an engineer was arranged promptly. The engineer arrived on time, and was professional and explained everything quickly. Excellent customer service and after-sales support. Highly recommended.

MK being local is an added bonus.

I ordered a Bosch fridge which was delivered promptly on-time on my chosen date.
Unfortunately, the fridge had a big crack in the front even though the packaging showed no damage.

This suggest the fridge might have been packed while damaged at the factory, which is very disappointing from Bosch.

I immediately contacted MK via their online reporting page. Ellie replied within minutes via an email offering me a choice between a replacement unit or a partial refund.
As the damage was significant and in the front I chose a replacement option.
Due to various communication issues and delays, the replacement unit took longer than expected. For this delay, Charlotte offered a goodwill gesture which is greatly appreciated.

Once again MK proved I was right to order from them again.

Delivery was on time, drivers were very friendly and efficient, they gave me full instructions on what to do. Very happy with the goods.

Ordered a LG washing machine from this company. Very smooth transaction. Ordered online - email and text messages giving me information when I should receive the delivery slot - came when it said it would. On the morning of the delivery was sent another text allowing me to track my order. You could see where the van was and when I should expect my delivery. The men were 10 minutes early, unpacked and installed in the space of 15 minutes. The guys were polite friendly (had good banter) and installed without any issues. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. I would recommend.
