I picked up my car this afternoon and I am over the moon with it. The process has been brilliant from the first contact I made. I was even contacted by the employer dealing with my purchase on his day off to let me know I could collect the car sooner than originally arranged. Will definitely be using them again and will recommend to family and friends.

I saw an ad for a Duster on Autotrader and replied to it, I mentioned Im deaf and to email me, so they replied saying please call us, which I thought was a little insensitive. So I followed up on their chat service, again they said please call us, 4 times they did this, so the next day I got an email saying hi please call us, so I gave in and called them, obviously it did not go well, its hard to have a conversation on a phone when you are deaf, so that was a waste of time, then I got an email saying "why dont you just go somewhere else" at that point I knew I was wasting my time. So in my experience Marshams are very rude, very offensive, and are blatant criminals. On their emails it says they have a tryst pilot score of 9.3 when its actually 4.8, so thats false advertising. If you read their privacy policy it says they abide by the data protection act 1998, so only 25 years out of date, which pretty much sums this company up. I suggest people stop buying from them until they can abide by the law of this country.

Excellent all round. Marshams have found the sweet spot between traditional used car sellers (that can lack enthusiasm) and a modern feel without leaving you feeling like cattle (as some of the larger chains can)

Tyrone was excellent from start to finish in constructing a deal that got us the car we wanted at a fair price. Also worth me noting that the part exchange deal was straightforward and better value than I’d have expected straight off the bat.

After having had my MOT's done here with my previous car for 12 years, I've now got a new car and didn't hesitate to try elsewhere for it's first MOT. Welcoming and efficient service. Liked the new addition of being texted when my car was ready to collect, instead of waiting for a call. Thank you.

Car went back for works on advisory’s of MOT. Mechanic managed to clear a £200 job with a good run as my car sits about for ages(lambda reading) I was So pleased and surprised as they clearly put the customer first, to have done that. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you Marshall’s. See you next MOT.

This was a fault which must have existed when Marshams sold me the car in June 2022. It was only discovered when I tried to flatten down the rear seats. The rear seats had never been used or sat on since purchase. About 10 days ago I tried to flatten the rear seats. The passenger side rear seat mechanism didn't work. Marshams took the car in on 3rd of Feb 2023. They seem to have replaced a part at a price of £5.75 with a labour charge of £77.50 plus an environmental charge and VAT resulting in a cost to me of over £103
I can only suggest you check every single item on a car you purchase before paying.
