During our rental period (18 yrs); from begining to end, ALL the staff at the Ayr office provided an excellent professional and friendly service. No request no matter how small was too hard or difficult for them to deal with. They were prompt and efficient and ALWAYS returned our phone calls and address any concerns quickly.
They also supported us through the sale of our property in the same manner making the whole process smooth and stress free

Shocking service
Shocking service. Phoned about a rental property yesterday and they went through all my details, meeting criteria asked. They even had the gall to ask when I’m available to view the property. Phoned today to have the rug removed from under my feet advising my application wasn’t being considered. The lady on the phone was far too flippant , she has to realise this is an emotive subject. Please speak to each other and don’t get peoples’ hopes up unnecessarily. Poor service all round.

I see you contacted us and had also emailed in regarding this particular property. We appreciate your feedback, but it is not reflection of what transpired. You made an online enquiry which you followed up with a phone call. We advised, we already had applications on this property and requested information from yourself. Out of courtesy we followed up the next day to advise you that the landlord had proceeded with an offer. We simply requested your details in the event of it falling through and may have considered further interest if the property was still available. On occasion an application can fall though, and we would go back and follow up with any other interested parties. For you to have been considered you still would need to have viewed the property and filled in a formal application form, something you had not done. Unfortunately, in this case the offers already put forward were accepted by the landlord. Any details taken from you would also allow us to source any other properties coming to market. I can see you had viewed with us a property in August and the process for this would have been the same.
We do not offer any properties without a viewing taking place and we qualify all applicants prior to this taking place. The landlord makes the final decision on who they wish to be selected. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you find a property in the near future.

Smooth and speedy re-rental
All aspects of our re-rental very professionally handled by the Martins, Ayr team. Kassim well explained/documented the process, including the various changes in legislation since last we rented. Chris attended to all details as and when he said he would. Highly recommended from landlord viewpoint and I would believe our new tenant feels the same.
