Honest, professional and excellent rental management service.
We have been using Martin & Co Ayr for about a year now. They are fully managing the rent of our flat in the area. We have found them honest and experienced agent. Their advice is highly appreciated and we rely on them in the marketing of our property.
The rent is collected regularly and there is no gap or problem. The inspection report is clear and gives practical solutions to problematic aspects. We highly recommend Martin & Co Ayr to other landlords.
