Meridith at Martin & Co. (Bath) was well presented, kind, knowledgeable and quickly initiated the tenancy agreement process. I cannot comment on services during or at the end of the tenancy which is usually the most crucial but initial impressions are very positive and I have not seen any negative feedback online nor heard anything negative from any other Bath residents.
