If you have excessively noisy neighbours put in by this company, don't expect them to care about your situation. Spoke to them once about being woke at 3.45am with their tenant partying and was told they could do nothing about it. I've had to spend the best part of a £1000 buying a smaller bed and carpeting/decorating etc my boxroom as it's the furthest room from the noise. I work various shifts and had to do this so I could get to sleep. Take the money and stuff the neighbours that you put these inconsiderate people next to.

Cannot fault Martin & Co Beverley. Very efficient, they make the moving process nice and easy. Also very friendly staff who can't do enough to help. Would 1000% recommend.

Unfortunately original house price from a member of staff no longer working for them was too high meaning house sale took longer as expectations were incorrect. Team nice to deal with.

Martin and Co Beverley were very approachable and informative (being first time buyers, we were new to house buying), they were very good at communicating and ensured all our requests were met.
They were person centred and even bought us a bunch of flowers and bottle of Prosecco to celebrate with once it was all completed, which was a lovely personal touch which I will remember, Thankyou so much for everything!

Tina was an absolute star! She was so helpful, patient and nothing was too much to ask. Would highly recommend.

Poor communication and lack of constructive updates when needed. Long outstanding issues still awaiting to be resolved (one reported 6 months ago). No customer focus. I wouldn't recommend renting through Martin & Co

Since our very first visit to the Office of Martin and Co in Beverley, we have been assisted extremely well by Michael, Tim and Sarah, they found us a lovely home in Beverley Town Centre, all three Staff have been so helpful and have made our move very easy.

Moving to a New Home is a stressful business, but dealing with Martin and Co, all has been very easy and relaxing.

We would definately recommend this Estate Agent.
