The worst lettings agency you could probably find. Showed 0 professionalism and no proper communication unless you ask yourself. I’ve never dealt with an agency that masks its unprofessionalism with such poor communication. This agency should have been closed a long time ago. Don't bother.

Especially Sian who I contacted to discuss situation and she was very helpful and also wrote me a supporting reference and was very quick at replying to me and sorting this, which has made my stressful situation feel a lot smoother! I’ve used Martin & Co to rent a property for a number of years. Over the past year or so it’s had a change of ownership and now David & Chris have been the main people I’ve been dealing with. As with all rentals it’s had it’s share of issues that have needed dealing with and I’ve called upon them to assist. No issues and a friendly branch to deal with, rent reviews dealt with and everything kept up to date. Recently I have sold a rented property with them which they marketed around Christmas 2019. The brochure created and the speed they marketed and got viewings was spot on. Again calling on Martin & Co to deal with the stress of selling a property and to supply paperwork etc to solicitors has been dealt with without me having to get a headache finding documents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, Chris got on with the job and got the sale done and always returned my calls, can’t ask for anymore! All the staff at the branch have been very helpful. Hope people share this experience and you do well with your Coalville branch!
