Arlene is my property manager and has been at my current flat for about 2.5 years now. She’s always very efficient, friendly, and patient. Our boiler broke last night and while we were in a bit of a tizzy about a cold flat for Christmas, she took no time in calling the plumber straight away and it was sorted before 1pm today.

Always very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We have Pauline looking after us and she's always super friendly and quick to respond. We've been really impressed by them as an agent.

Excellent start to my letting relationship with Stirling branch and especially Karen who has sorted a council tax problem for me before our contract has even begun. Good vibes for the future and well done Karen.
