Martin & Co Stirling Reviews 

We rented a property through Martin & Co's Stirling office. From meeting at the property through to the end of our tenancy we have been given excellent professional service.
Everything was explained to us as we hadn't rented a property before. The staff in the office were helpful and friendly.
On the two occasions when we needed work doing at the property, it was dealt with promptly.
We would recommend Martin & Co for potential renters as they provide a professional service. We'd had contact with other agents before we found this property and they were nowhere near the quality of Martin & Co.

We rent through choice and the Martin and Co representative who comes to check the property on not too frequent a basis is a very easy individual to engage with as he carries out his duties professionally and with respect. We are given plenty of prior warning of these visits and reports of any concerns are usually dealt with quickly.

Martin & Co. He is polite, friendly and like everyone in his team good at communicating and helpful with advise.
Any maintenance issues are quickly followed through, this agent are no doubt the best in Stirling.

I have used Martin & Co for several years to manage our flat. They have given excellent service, in particular Arlene, the Property Manager, and her team of skilled painters, cleaners etc.
When we decided to sell the flat, it was logical for us to continue with Martin & Co, and they did a very good job, in particular Kara and Karen who obtained excellent offers on our behalf.
