I had Kara prince as my realtor, she was a great help and was always available when I needed her , she didn’t only make my process very smooth, she kept me fully updated as to what was happening and when, she is a great asset to Martin and co and the company can only be going on too great things with people like Kara working here.

I spoke to Kara regarding a flat for my son and she was very helpful and gave some very useful advice.

Anytime I have any issues they are always quick to respond, the lady’s in the office are always to helpful & professional, Scott always does my home visits and testing and is always good with the communication before hand, I have no negative responses at all to this letting agency.

They have always been really lovely and very helpful when we’ve had an issues with the property. Brilliant at letting us know when any appointments will be in advance so theres plenty time to make arrangements, and there incredibly respectful and efficient when in the property. Highly recommended

I usually only deal with Martin & Co. as a tenant twice a year when Scott Bennett comes to make the bi-annual property inspection and/or PAT testing.

Scott always arrives early in the set time frame and completes his inspection and testing quickly with little intrusion.

Martin & Co have been managing my properties for the last few years and I highly recommend the Stirling team. Scott Bennett is the property inspector and he can be relied upon to accurately report the condition of a let property to the landlord. If the standard of cleanliness and maintenance is below acceptable standards, he will advise the tenant on exactly what they need to do to fix any issues and he will follow this up and report back to the landlord. I can always rely on Scott to make sure any problems in the properties are professionally dealt with in the appropriate way. Highly recommended.
