Thanks to all at Martin and Co for marketing my property for rent and finding tenants. Lesley took great photos of the property and gave realistic advice about what should be the monthly rental rate. Cath was present at the viewings and provided me with immediate feedback which was very helpful. Martin and co -absolutely recommend
Martin and co. made what was a very difficult, emotional experience so much easier. Lesley was helpful, considerate, and very efficient. I could tell she takes great care in her work. Due to selling my late father's home, it was a difficult and at times emotional process, Lesley helped from the very first meeting at the house to post-sale. Polite and friendly staff. The price quoted at the outset was the final price charged. The staff responded promptly and professionally throughout the process. They kept us informed at every stage. Good communications via email and telephone. Good advice offered and taken at the various stages of the decision making process. They handled all the negotiations between seller and purchaser. Overall, a relatively smooth and hassle free experience and we would certainly recommend this company for future business.
