Untrustworthy

Martinproperty entered an agreement to buy my house at a lower than asking price with a quick handover. I was left hanging for 4 months and on the completion date, they asked me to fork out about £15k for part of the renovation. Basically a £15k reduction in the price. I assume they thought I would be desperate after a 4 month winter wait but I declined. I had to start the sale process again with significant costs to myself. A nasty way to do business.
