Wish I hadn’t waited so long!

I am so very happy with my new water system!! I wish I hadn’t waited so long! Having soft water has made a HUGE difference in my life. I’m not dreading taking a shower anymore, for one thing. I can actually drink the water out of the faucet, even though I didn’t purchase a drinking water system.
Berneil Lapp was the sales associate and he explained to me what I needed and why without being pushy at all. Merv Keener did a beautiful job of installing the system in a very small space, I was amazed. Thank you for the excellent service and an excellent product!

Professional

Very thorough, professional on both the in-home water test and the day of installation. Would definitely recommend. We have noticed a huge difference in the water quality at our home!

Given false information

Was told by sales rep that the sulfur smell would be gone from my water but it's still there. When I called company left message I still have not received a call back.

Excellent service and product

Whole house water conditioning system is a big investment. We did a lot of research online and decided to go with Martin because of their high reputation and the superior quality of Kientico they recommend. I am happy with this purchase so far. The free water analysis was done professionally, installation was quick and clean, and I can tell immediately that the water quality is way much better.

Service above and beyond !!!

This is our first time doing business with your company. In today's environment one almost expects mediocre service. Being a very fussy individual, I was anxious of how the installation of our new softener would go. A week before the install date, we had an issue with our existing (21 year old) Kinetico. I called Delmas Sensenig, our Martin Water Sales rep to see if he could possibly get, or recommend someone to fix our issue. This was at 4:45pm. At 7:30am the next day Lee Zimmerman was at our house and completely fixed our issue. I got out my checkbook and was floored when Lee said it would be "no charge"! The following Friday Matt Boldt installed our new Kinetico 2060. Matt did an impeccable job installing the new system. He consulted with me on the layout of the system before commencing the install. We consider all three of your people great ambassadors for your company! They took the time to explain every facet of the project and were very respectful of our home! My brother happened to stop by during the install. Upon seeing Matt's workmanship, he decided, on the spot, to have Matt install a system in his home. Which Matt did two weeks later. I value good business relationships and am very pleased to add Martin Water to the list of contractors we can count on. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to Delmas, Lee and Matt for their excellent service!!!

We had a nasty sulfur odor in our water…

We had a nasty sulfur odor in our water and Martin installed a hydrogen peroxide system a month ago. The system is working! There is no odor in the water! We are thrilled! We just had the one month follow up visit and our service person brought supplies so we are set until it's time for the one year check. We are very excited about this system and the people at Martin are terrific to work with!

Salesman/installer was very trustworthy…

Salesman/installer was very trustworthy and honest. The installation was done on time and was very neatly done. Would have no problem recommending Martin's to anyone. When I need to replace my water softener I will be calling Martin's.

No instructions.

Seems to be great system from some great people (sales person, installer and follow up) but lacking in explaining what it all is and how to maintain it. I wasn’t there for install and came home to installed system with bags of salt and sediment filters stacked to the side...but no instructions and a system of about six tanks more complicated looking than the sales brochures. I had heard from some one about pressure in the pH tank blowing the top port off when trying to check the level because they didn’t know how to vent the system. Who knew that could happen? And what am I supposed to add to the tank? I was only told the level should be between two lines. Who knew you could shine a light next to the tank to check it? Not me. I bought a two tank softener but there is a big tank next to it. What is that for? The follow up person tested the water and showed me the lid comes off and you add softener but only so high. How would I know? I didn’t even know it had a lid. The system for removing nitrates for the separate drinking water system has extra tanks. Don’t know what they do. But I was told there are changeable filters to add minerals to the water. How do I change it or check on it? Is there a nitrate filter? One night I was in the basement and heard a loud air rushing sound like a jet engine. I was told the system back washes but no one mentioned it was so loud. I almost called my regular plumber at 2am thinking something was wrong. There is also a led readout with the time and some other number flashing. What’s that number? The nitrates were tested and given a lab result but the follow up tested with some brown dye in home with more of a guesstimate. Seems it should be lab checked...and results emailed for initial and follow up tests. I believe I have a great system from some great people. My worry is I have no idea how to maintain it as no one showed me anything and now I worry how soon it will have problems costing me a lot more money. $5000+ was already enough.
