Solid, honest answers about water softener system. Pricing was upfront and straightforward. Loren, the gentleman that did our water test and quoted out the system was very personable and helpful. Our installer, John, was friendly, polite, and efficient. I was very impressed with their cleanliness and care for my house. The first thing our installer did was to lay out work mats from the door all the way through the house to the basement access. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Of the several companies we interviewed and received proposals/quotes from, Martin's was by far and away the most professional and friendly. When making a significant purchase for a water system, there was a need for a level of trust in the company I would choose. For me, Martin's provided that trust, and I felt they were honestly proposing the remediation we needed. From the initial visit and testing, to the proposal and quote, and the installation and orientation; we were so pleased with the service provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (as a matter of fact I did recommend them to my daughter).

Getting the most modern an appropriate product for our needs at a more affordable price than the "big guys" was just a bonus. Certainly a nice job. Water feels nice and we can tell it is "softer"! However there is a circuit board out on the ultra violet lamp. According to the first person here, it is a warning circuit to warn when the lamp burns out. I would have thought this would be replaced when the workers were here to rework the system.

Great product and great service. They serviced our home that we just sold and we had then service our new home.
