I originally bought my flat through Martin Gerrard, so when I moved overseas they were the obvious choice to manage the rental. I ended up working with them for more than 3 years and they made it all very easy. Being out of the country, I needed someone I could trust to just get on with things and they did. Tenancies, maintenance, keeping the place occupied - it was all handled smoothly, and they kept me properly in the loop without overdoing it.

I also used them for the sale and had the same experience. Good communication, well managed, no unnecessary stress. A solid, reliable team to work with.
