Massage Warehouse UK (Not USA) Reviews 

I have bought a few healing beds and accessories from massage warehouse and have had nothing but great service. They even have spares if you need them which is super helpful. It’s the only place I shop as I know they are local and provide great service.

I purchased 3 massage tables from Massage Warehouse- 2 via Amazon and 1 from their website, 3 tables in 18 months . Does that sound very bad ? Yes it does, because it is very bad.
And I do have the Massage Warehouse invoices to prove that.
All 3 tables came with faulty locks, the first one had also a cable that snapped after just 1 year when a client stood up.
The secong one had both locks faulty and after only 6 months they are totally broken....
I kept giving this business the opportunity to send me a good product, but they failed all 3 times, so now, the 3rd time, I will return the so-called new table .
Also, the wooden legs have nails that come off after only few months, and even if you screw them back with a hammer/manually, they come off again....My second table became unusable due to this reason+the locks that don't work from day 1.
3 attempts to purchase a good working product from this business were unsuccessful....
Also, my review on their website about the 2nd table that lasted only 6 months has not become public - that's questionable.
I thought they will learn from past reviews- that had videos too as a proof about selling faulty tables, but no, they keep selling the product WITHOUT repairing it first....
I will now have to walk 15 minutes to the post-office to return their voluminous and deffective item, wasting time and energy just because the seller keeps selling a broken product , hoping that the customers will either not notice, shut up and not talk about it...
Repair your tables,dear Massage Warehouse, so your future customers( I am not one of them anymore) don't have to buy 3 tables in 18 months.

Disappointed by their inaction and lack of service. I previoisly bought a message table from this company which didnt arrive when it should, the company were very helpful and quick to respond, maybe because this was a more expensive item! Having made another order same issue arised with the delivery firm and no parcel. I have spent a month waiting for items. I have emailed several times and sorry for the inconvenience doesn't cut it when they seem to find it amusing and do nothing about it despite highlighting the importance of needing the items. Items now delivered via alternate service in 24 hours not clear why this could not of occurred earlier.

Two years ago I have purchased Day dream electric massage bed and it was the best decision ever! My clients absolutely love it and are very happy when they lie down and notice the space and arm rest! Magical…

I would highly recommend this place.

I need to replace one of the motors as the bed got used a lot and they were amazing by guiding me to make the right decisions.

I again for once highly recommend this shop if you are professional
massage therapist and want the best for your client.

We stumbled upon this company when looking for something to help my partner recover from retinal eye surgery. They have great products to rent and we used the kneeling chair, table support and body bolster.

I bought my massage bed from massage warehouse and it is very sturdy, and I use for mobile massages so find it very easy to assemble. I often use massage warehouse. They stock good quality products and have good working knowledge of massage therapists need. They have very good customer service. I recently needed replacement feet for my massage couch and they sent them out to me no problem. I would highly recommend

I love dealing with this company in terms of quality of products but also the customer service and aftercare. Most recently I had an issue with the face cradle attachment for my couch and within a day of emailing, a troubleshooting video was sent by customer service advising how to tighten the attachment, and in the event that didn’t work, a replacement would be sent.
