I have been purchasing items for my business from Massage Warehouse for several years now and have bought everything from an electric couch to the basics like massage oil.
The customer service I have received over the years has always been outstanding: emails are responded to quickly, the tone is helpful and friendly and you can tell that the people who work here (and I’m sure I’ve been dealing with the same team for years) do really care about their business and their customers and are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell.
All major purchases for my business have come from here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality of both the products and the service are outstanding.

This was my first time purchasing from Massage warehouse and it certainly wont be the last. The customer service team with excellent from start to finish. Despite the little hiccup with the first couch i ordered, the team were quick to contact myself and sort the issue out. They were very patient with me and my many questions. They made sure delivery was on a day that suited me and the delivery company were spot on too.
The couch itself is fantastic, I have already been showing it off to other therapists as I am so impressed with it.

I have done roughly around 4000 massages in this period and the reason why I use them is not only because they provide the best tables in uk but also have a flawless customer service who can support you with any issue you have or any doubt / question . I have previously purchased the Earthworks Comfort Couch, which I must say is wonderful and I receive many compliments from my clients. However after lots of use of my carry case I was in need of a replacement.
I contacted Massage Warehouse to enquire about a new carry case! The admins team were fast and efficient at replying to any enquiries. Outstanding customer care! High recommend.

When I settled in the UK in 2014 and started my massage business, I needed a massage table that was strong, lightweight, and wide enough to accommodate both myself and my client. As I prefer to straddle my clients to provide an authentic Balinese-style back massage, the table had to meet these specific needs. Massage Warehouse exceeded my expectations by supplying a Porta-Lite Delta 11 table that checked all the boxes. At 30 inches wide, weighing just 11.5 kg, and incredibly strong, it was the perfect fit.

I have used this massage table for over ten years, and it still looks fresh and performs exceptionally well. It’s lightweight to carry, easy to set up, and simple to fold away. Parts and accessories remain readily available, and whenever I need anything, the staff at Massage Warehouse are incredibly helpful. Most importantly, my clients frequently comment on how comfortable the table is.

I have had an excellent experience with Massage Warehouse and cannot recommend their company and products highly enough. I purchased a Porta-Lite Delta II massage table 4.5 years ago, and it still functions and appears as new. As a full-time soft tissue therapist, I use the table almost daily. What I appreciate most is its lightweight and comfortable design. I use it for both incalls and outcalls as it's lightweight and easy to assemble. The cushioning of the head cradle and the table's width make the entire experience highly enjoyable and allow clients fully relax. Additionally, I was very pleased with their prompt and friendly customer service and delivery time.

Well, I got my massage table but it arrived damaged....sure, the company is 'friendly' and more than happy to provide refunds for damaged goods, but they don't explain anything upfront about their refund policy unless you ask lots of questions (fyi, I was eventually told they only send out refunds to their finance department on "Fridays" and then it can take many working days to appear in your bank).

I ended up having two separate refunds due to being sent the incorrect/damaged/faulty goods. I followed up on one of the refunds as I never received or heard anything for weeks, and they said it was never sent by them and "stuck" in their system.....this isn't great for massage therapy students who need those funds sooner rather than later.

Yes, they're happy to remedy the problem when asked, but why not have a better business structure in place so problems don't keep occurring, or so they don't occur in the first place?

I try to support small, family-run independent businesses whenever possible, but after this experience won't be buying anything from Massage Warehouse UK again. I recommend going with a bigger company with a better refund policy/return experience, and more reliable customer service department.

Being sent items with incorrect logos, and weird email responses from the business implying that you should be happy with what you received because 'it's not that much different' is not a good business practice.

Who wants to have all these stressful problems when they're ordering items for health, wellness, and relaxation? A simple purchase should be a one time transaction, not an experience that drags on for almost four months...

I bought my Portalite table when I first arrived back in the UK from a 5 year stint in Canada. I am a Trager trained practitioner and Milton Trager used to say that the person on the table should relax 'in an ocean of pleasantness'. Integral to the experience is a very deep state of relaxation in which the mind lets go of habitual patterns. The body tissue follows and often long-standing conditions resolve back to a pre traumatised state. The quality of the table is therefore the beginning of this experience. Every person that has laid on my table has commented on the comfort it affords. Now 7 years since I bought it, it is in the same condition as new. It has travelled with me around the UK and is a terrific aid to my work. The Massage Warehouse has been a great resource through all this time as I have added to the table with side arms and a foot extension. Service is always a hassle free experience. Highly recommend this company and their products

I have used massage warehouse over the last 10 years. They have always provided excellent service, particularly regarding spares for my portalite table.

I recently hired a full package of equipment to help me with recovery from a vitrectomy operation. The team communicated brilliantly throughout delivery and collection and accommodated a change to the date of my operation. The equipment was clean and in excellent condition and was a huge help with posturing for 10 days post-op. Thank you for a great service

Massage bed is amazing and arrived quickly. I couldn’t work out how to extend the legs and I called and spoke to Sean who helped me fix the issue. Amazing customer service.

Quality products, swift delivery and great customer service

Really beautiful massage couch. Chris was very helpful. I haven't had a chance to use it yet as I am recovering from an illness but hopefully in the next 2-3 months. I bought a massage couch from massage warehouse many years ago and all my clients remarked on the comfort. Their water soluble oils are also amazing.
