Really bad
Really bad. The product was beyond faulty. I live in the UK so had to pay almost 30% import duty. When the product arrived it was a joke. Completely unusable and unsafe. Drop (formerly Massdrop) said they would refund the cost but not the import fees despite the condition of the unit. Really poor. Do not order from this outfit unless you are in the US. Otherwise you are gambling and could lose a lot of money for no reason.
Product misleading/ not as expected
Recently I bought a keyboard from Massdrop and waited around six weeks to get my product. The wait wasn't an issue, I knew it would take a few months and was actually faster than expected. Once my keyboard arrived I was excited, opened up the package and discovered a keyboard with... no keycaps. Naturally I was a bit surprised and contacted them via email. At this point I wasn't so much upset as just annoyed, but I figured I could contact them and get the keycaps sent to me.
They got back to me quickly and informed me that I had purchased the keyboard without keycaps. I work with computers, that's not going to happen. I went on their website back to the products page, took a screenshot of the order form and sent it to them, proving they didn't even have an option that comes without keycaps for the switches I ordered. Now remember this is an actual screenshot of their order form. They then email me back with, in their words a "screenshot" of my transaction form. It shows my order without keycaps... I go back into my past transactions and find that it does indeed read without keycaps. But again, I have and sent them a screenshot of their own order form with no option to order it without keycaps. At this point I'm not sure if I was scammed or not, but it's definitely a bizarre transaction that left me with more questions than answers.
Another interesting point is they didn't even offer me a chance to purchase the keycaps through them after the fact when dealing with their product support department. I won't be ordering from them in the future and can't recommend them. Future buyers are free to decide for themselves, but I would recommend caution when purchasing from them.
Stick with your business plan or get out of business
Massdrop is a company that started with a good idea and has totally strayed from their business plan. The idea was to get a group of buyers together and have leverage with manufacturers to offer a better than market price. In sacrifice for this the buyers would have to wait for the product to get manufactured which can run into months. Overtime Mass Drop (now called Drop) is not offering lower than market prices, they have no support when a product comes defective and they take no responsibility for any problems with late shipment, wrong shipment or no shipment. Once in a while they have an exclusive product but that is far and few between. One of their gimmicks is to do these blue box sales in which a majority of the buyers get hurt because it is essentially gambling where the house always wins. It is a heck of a way to increase your market appeal by making a large group of customers feel like losers. Now they have changed their name and their website grasping for ways to improve business which I am willing to bet is not going to change things at all because they do not get it. They have deep problems which need to be fixed if this company is going to survive. When I am thinking of buying something from them I ask myself am I prepared for a fight if something goes wrong? Increasingly I buy it elsewhere for the same price and get the item right away with a supported warranty.
I can't recommend this company
I can't recommend this company, Massdrop,... 6 plus weeks for delivery, and even then it was returned for "insufficient address" And they had the gall to charge $9 for shipping. I could have had a custom sewed order from Indonesia faster than this... needless to say Massdrop is a dud and I will be Dropping them... not worth the hassle and time to only save few$.
I'm really shocked by the negative…
I'm really shocked by the negative reviews -- I stumbled onto Massdrop a few months ago and have completed around 7 purchases and have been happy with everything: products have been great quality and matched as-advertised. That said, I only use Massdrop for the "blades" and "EDC" catergories so maybe they're the exception? I can't speak to the clothes, watches, etc... Sometimes prices are on par with retail, other times they're a steal -- if you're looking at knives @ Massdrop, you can be confident in the products.

Waiting 3 months till you finally get your phone' in your hands isn't fun!
Cheapskate company with bad policies and poor customer service
There was a mix up and they sent out the wrong items to customers. Instead of informing everyone involved of the mistake, they kept silent about it. I did not get any sort of compensation because I discovered it too late. You have a generous 30 days to report a problem, after that they won't do anything. How nice, especially when it takes 5 months for the thing to arrive in the first place.
REALLY BAD
Wish I would have read all these bad review first, but learned the hard way. Really really bad customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and after purchasing It said it would take 21 days to ship and an additional 3-4 days in transit. Nearly a month to deliver shoes??? The price wasnt any better on with Massdrop than a few other vendors. Wouldnt let me cancel, told me the order was already being processed. After 12 days of waiting they said it had finally shipped.
How are they still in business when most legitimate ecommerce websites ship quickly and have reasonable cancelation/return policies?
I don't know why all reviews are so…
I don't know why all reviews are so bad, I'm a member on massdrop for more then a year and the quality of products sold is top quality, package always arrives undamaged and well packed, products are always in its original boxing with original papers, very organized.
The only down side might be shipping times, and you can find the estimated shipping time on all the products !

NOT GOOD!
NOT GOOD! Belt doesn't really match pictures! Tried to reason with Massdrop about their return policy. Didn't fully realize there are NO RETURNS! Well- that's not quite right - returns on clothing only for DEFECT, not size, fit, or failed expectations with the product AS DELIVERED (a opposed to AS PICTURED).
NEVER, NEVER AGAIN with Massdrop! "Let the buyer beware!"
Be prepared to pay double the stated price for delivery, imports and VAT.
Some unique items at acceptable prices, only issue being you get shafted on delivery, imports and VAT. I spent more on importing a £32 item than the item itself cost.
Lesson learned.
Bought a Seiko automatic watch
Bought a Seiko automatic watch. Couldn't get it to run so took it to a jeweler and after they attempted to get it to run informed me it was obviously defective from the factory. No help from customer service and of course no factory warranty. Hard lesson learned.
Happy customer
I've purchased multiple items through Massdrop and have been happy with everything I've received so far. There was a problem with my last order where the package was lost in transit. The support team were quick to respond and I received a full refund.
Absolutely ZERO customer service when…
Absolutely ZERO customer service when something goes wrong! They have some great products but when you ask for help it's always a "NO!" The BIGGEST issue is with clothing or anything that is size related unless you're absolutely sure about the fit, DO NOT ORDER IT! You can't return it for another size and they won't even let you change the size before it's even mailed out to you.
Pretty good service and site
Pretty good service and site. Still waiting for my order to ship, however, I'm confident it will arrive undamaged and on time.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The HD6XX took short of two weeks to arrive.

Have had at least three orders not delivered. Always same answer "we are not responsible for non-delivery". I would use stronger language, but I want this review to stay. I will NEVER attempt to buy anything from Massdrop, and not should you.
Tried to scam me about a year ago

Lots of lies and manipulation
Irritated me enough to write this a year later
Absolutely pathetic Customer Service
Absolutely pathetic Customer Service
There was an error with multiple orders on one of their drops and instead of trying to fix THEIR error, they spent a week dodging multiple tickets and then ultimately stating there was nothing they can do. For something that was an error on their end, I would expect at least something more than a BS canned response. It's a shame because I have used Massdrop many many times and never had a problem. Now that I've had this issue and had to deal with their customer service, I will never be using their site again.
