Company was extremely helpful and replied immediately to all questions. Loft installation carried out very professionally, quick and no mess. It has made an enormous improvement and we have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am delighted with the work carried out, the team was very courteous and cleared up well afterwards. I now have a loft transformed into very usable area for a recording studio, all year around. Have already recommended MFS to two other properties.

Initially I was impressed with the MFS surveyor who visited and took me through the process and inspected my loft area and measured the damp caused by condensation. He wasn't at all pushy, just laid out the facts and gave a guaranteed price, valid for a given period. I decided to have the work done there and then and two days later, two teams turned up. They worked tirelessly gathering and bagging stacks of old obnoxious insulation felt in the loft, before carrying it out to their van. I was amazed at their work seeing the loft area so clear. They finished after 2.5hrs when the next team, arrived to do the actual spraying. They too were excellent and took care not to damage carpets etc. On completion I was invited to have a quick look at the work and could feel the instant warmth not having cold air coming in through the roofing felt. I was advised to wait a few hours before spending any time in the loft just in case of any foam fumes. Excellent service all round and I would recommend Mass Foam Systems to anyone.

I was very happy with mass foam systems, the gentleman, arrived early and was very friendly and polite, They even made a fuss of my Dog. They did a professional job, they cleaned the mess up afterwards, left it clean and tidy.

Every body that I have dealt with was great, they turned up when they said they would and carried out the work well.
the only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because some rubbish was left in my loft.

We had our roof insulated by Mass Foam Systems and noticed the improvement almost immediately. The operation went very smoothly from the surveyor who was extremely helpful & not at all "pushy" through to the fitters who were very friendly & polite.The work was done to a high standard & they left no mess whatsoever, all in all a highly professional job.

Survey was carried out of my loft, as a wheelchair user he took photos and then talked me though my options, which I decided to go ahead with this system. Was not pressured into anything. Couple of days later 2 guys came to install the insulation foam. Guys arrived on time set everything up and carried out the works. Only took around 3 hour well please with results and pictures taken which have now been e-mailed to me.

I am ALWAYS sceptical about anything to do with unsolicited cold-calls by 'phone, but my wife insisted that we needed decent loft insulation, and that the cold caller was "Nice", so we agreed to have a surveyor come round.
Tony Soraf turned up on time and we enjoyed his time with us.
His report was convincing and he seemed entirely genuine, so I agreed a price with him, paid a deposit and booked the installation for a few days ahead.
The installers, Gary and Holly, turned up on time, explained everything they were about to do, and even suggested that they ran their foam delivery hose over our porch, through a window into a small box-room, out the door and straight into the loft, meaning that we had no hose or equipment in our hall or stairway. Even so, they were meticulous about covering the carpets in the hall, landing and stairway simply because they had to use them. They even removed their shoes at the front door and carried them into our loft before refitting them. .... and finally, they wore masks without being asked to do so. They were a lovely couple and a pleasure to have in our house.
The job was carried out thoroughly and cleanly, and as far as I know, effectively. I look forward to a warmer house. (It already seems warmer and I hope it's not just imagination)
I would thoroughly recommend Mass Foam Systems and the ICYNENE product, assuming that it lives up to its claims.

From arranging a visit for a quote to getting the work completed has been an easy process. Roy and the team are a pleasure to talk to and have in your house. Thoughtful, clean and efficient with a finished product that really is as good as you're told. If you're looking for the type of service that 'doesn't exist anymore' well it does. You can't go wrong for price, product and service. Excellent.

Clear explanation of the Icynene insulation product and the costs involved before purchase. Polite and friendly installers (Gary and Holly) who completed the job quickly and efficiently. Our house definitely retains heat better now.

The process from first contact to completion of work took less than a week. The guys were early and they completed the work in a morning. The improvement was noticeable straight away. Time will tell to see if the insulation works all year round. That is keeping the heat in during the Winter and making the roof cooler in the Summer. Thank you. Graham S.

Unfortunately there was some damage to an extractor fan hose, but once reported the company responded really well and the couple who came round to sort it were delightful.
