Would highly recommend Mass Foam Systems - from initial phone contact to installation the whole process for our loft insulation went very smoothly.
At each stage of the process the members of the MFS team we dealt with were polite, efficient, informative and considerate.
In particular Roy and the install team of Tim, Lee, Charlie and Sam were a credit to MFS.

A great service from start to finish, good explanation of the product at the first meeting and the benefits it can save you and the instillation was faultless, a very good all round service, would highly recommend.

Arrived on time very polite and friendly first thing they done was to put dust sheets on stairs explained to me on what they were doing they were very respectable of property also very clean and tidy when they had finished they showed what they had done in the loft again when they were finished there was no mess at all

I have no problem in recommending Mass Foam Systems having just experienced an installation myself. From the initial phone contact where the Agent was informative and did not venture into "sales mode". Big Kev, of the Sales team once again was friendly, explained the process in lay mans terms and put my mind at ease. The installation team arrived 2 working days after paying my deposit, both arrived wearing masks. Before starting they covered the stairs and hallway with protective material and proceeded to compete the job in 3 hours. They left no mess and Bradon before leaving showed me photos of the finished roof as full access was not adviseable for a couple of hours. A proper job!

This was a brilliant job. Feeling benefit hours after. No more draughts or mice.

Husband and wife team arrived 10 minutes before they were due. Excellent service, no mess and brilliant photographs of what Garry had done in the loft,#. Would recommend without hesitation.

Surveyor arrived on time & answered all question & arranged an install time. Team arrived early which was great installation only took a couple of hours no mess left. All were polite. To early to say what we,ll save. Was told they,ll come back & recheck our moisture levels.

I had searched around foam insulation companies to get my domestic roof insulated. Mass Foam Systems came out on top.
The installers arrived early, answered all my questions and where very swift at instillation.
A tiny glitch in their communication from the organisers however they were moving offices at the time!
Overall very good product delivered on time and within budget.

Save your money. Don’t bother with the roof insulation .
I have not benefited from any savings in heating costs. It just hasn’t worked at all.
Cheaper and better to add another layer of loft material.

The experience from start to finish was extremely professional. So, from making the initial enquiry, which lead to an on-site visit, the next day, with the resultant quotation on the same day. This has added to house by staying warmer into the evening.The service was excellent. The installing team were very tidy and helpful.Thank you Mass Foam Systems team for an outstanding installation.

Whilst I cannot comment on the installation process I feel I must say that the quoted cost I got was exorbitant at around £180/sq metre ( before grant) £100/m after
Which magazine says the going rate should be £50/ m which is what i had it done for by another company

The whole team from initial contact, through survey to installation & after service team worked hard to meet our needs in a large, complicated loft space. Appointments were kept on time, and installation was arranged within a day. We were given good information on initial phone contact and at survey stage to enable us to make the decision to invest. We were impressed by the work of the installation team who adapted to the change in requirements with ease and completed their task professionally. Follow up calls to check our satisfaction level and arrange balance of payments were polite, efficient and prompt. Overall a very good experience.

I took advantage of the ICY70 Government Scheme and had Mass Foam installed Tuesday 2nd March 2021. It is still too soon to know how my fuel bills will be affected but already there is improvement with general warmth in the house. The whole procedure from the first phone call from Jo, to Sheldon the surveyor, plus fitters Tim and Sasha was professional and fully explained, without any pressure. A massive thank you to Mass Foam. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Kevin the salesman was very straightforward, explaining the whole process to me, often pausing to make sure I understood it all. The two fitters came about 3 days later, and they were very friendly, and efficient. The whole installation took less than 2 hours, and they left no mess. When they were finished they took lots of pictures to show me so that I didn't have to scramble up into the loft to inspect their work. I am already feeling the benefits of the insullation.

The whole process from the initial call to the installation today was undertaken in a very informative and professional manner. Everyone I spoke to Rachel, Declan and Sheldon the surveyor were helpful, giving all the necessary facts and figures to allow me to make an informed decision. I didn’t feel pressurised into taking the product.

I must give special mention to Gary and Holly the installers. They were a pleasure to meet, very friendly and explained clearly everything they were about to do. They took great care in the house and Gary even dealt with a disgruntled neighbour who was duly pacified once Gary explained they would only be 2 hours.

Gary and Holly are a lovely couple who carried out the installation very professionally and are a credit to the company. The job was done thoroughly and I was shown photos of the loft before and after installation which assured me of the job completion.

This company are so professional from the sales person, office support, and installation teams.
The whole process was seamless.
It’s early days but the product look substantial and will hopefully save me money in the long term.

Mass foam systems is the best out of a few quotations. They also are part of the green grant gov prepared to support everyone, and when they come to do the work it was done with good care every part of my home and carefully applied the foam on every inch of the roof internal side, makes it far better than without it. When I found some gaps, they came and get all gaps done. Darren and Paul each time call me well in advance and worked professional, while their boss Roy arranging services with honesty. Hard to find good people like this. !00% recommend them!
